You know… On DA there is that strange habit of judging how good somebody must be by the number of pageviews he/she has. To some extend that’s correct. Usually those with more than 50.000 pv are very good and popular artists that get the attention they deserve. But unfortunately to be noticed on DA it is required something more that just submitting great drawings. The easiest way is to fav, comment and give watches to other deviants etc… In other words You must be an active member of Deviantart community to gain popularity quickly.
That’s a little bit unfair. It causes those less active or busy but great artists to be forgotten in the DA crowd. Some would say that’s it not about the pageviews and it shouldn’t be a determinant of one’s popularity but it doesn’t change the fact pageviws show how many times their profile was viewed and how known they are. Within the last few months I’ve met here some genial drawers that despite the fact that they have been DA members for years their pv number is still lesser than 10.000. That’s why I would like to feature them . To give them the attention they deserve!
